Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • We process and ship all orders within 2–4 business days after order confirmation.

  • Delivery usually takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location.

  • Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS/email.

  • Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.


Return & Exchange Policy

At present, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

However, a replacement will be accepted only in the following case:

  • If you receive a wrong product (different from what you ordered)

  •  product is damaged

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange for a wrong or damaged product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order ID.
  2. Share clear images of the product along with the mandatory unboxing video (without cuts or edits).
  3. Once verified, our team will confirm the exchange eligibility.
  4. Customers may be required to ship the product back in its original packaging.
  5. After receiving and inspecting the product, we will dispatch a replacement product.

Please Note:
We do not offer refunds at present. Only exchanges/replacements are accepted for wrong or damaged products.
