7-Day Size Exchange Policy
Eligibility
- Size exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
- Exchanges are subject to size availability.
How to Request an Exchange
- Email us at support@avantara.in within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Mention your order number and the size you'd like to exchange for.
- Our team will guide you through the exchange process.
Exchange Shipping
- We offer a 7-day size exchange from the date of delivery.
- To request a size exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Avantara will arrange the pickup of the product from your delivery address, subject to courier service availability.
- A flat exchange fee of ₹99 will be charged for each exchange request. This fee covers the pickup and delivery of the replacement product.
- The exchange fee must be paid in advance before the pickup is scheduled.
- Once the returned product is received and passes our quality inspection, the replacement size will be dispatched.
- If the exchange is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, no exchange fee will be charged, and Avantara will bear all shipping costs.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Products without original tags or packaging.
- Accessories, jewellery, and items marked as non-exchangeable
- We currently do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection. We offer a 7-day size exchange instead.
